Pubmed Semantic Space

The first analysis of the obtained Pubmed Graph Database produced an interactive figure of a representation of paper abstracts clusters. It is a nice way to verify that the representation of the content makes sense. Similar visualisations are produced during the data enrichment phase of the project.
